Memorial Benches on the Kennebec River Rail Trail

The trail currently has three memorial benches.  The first is located at the bottom of the Capital connector about 100 yards to the north. The second is on a little footpath that goes from the official Rail Trail through the woods to the edge of the Kennebec River.  This one is a little out of the way, but is situated in a nice quiet spot to sit and relax.  The third is located in Farmingdale, in another quiet spot away from the road.  It is in a grove of beautiful trees located close to mile marker 4.5.

There are various locations along the trail that are suitable for memorial benches. Please contact us for more information about placing one on the trail. The cost is $5000 per bench. We are very happy that you would consider this beautiful trail as a place for a memorial bench.
